Main technical characteristics:
Adopt walking beam type reheating furnace to reduce scale, increase output and improve the heating quality. It is possible to adopt pusher type reheating furnace to save the investment.
Adopt eighteen stands of short-stress path mill with full-continuous rolling. Alternative H-V mills are arranged to realize non-twist rolling.
Adopt online heat treatment technology (water-crossing cooling).
Adopt walking type cooling bed to get good straightness and stable performance, at the same time increase inner quality for the final product.
